WEEK 4: FINAL BLOG POST
What have you learned by participating in Genius Hour? I have learned so much by participating in my Genius Hour. I wrapped up most of it in my last blog but i will give another interpretation on it. I learned as many of the in's and outs of Python that i could. It was both an enjoyable and informative. I found that when i enjoy something i learn it so much easier! What have you learned about yourself? As a learner and as a teacher. I learned so much about myself. Mostly, about my learning style. I also found throughout this process how i want to teach. Throughout this i was thinking about how I would implement coding in my teaching. What i found was that i did not just want to implement coding into teaching. I wanted to combine all the subject areas into a beautiful array of practicality. Imagine a class where all math was mixed with science was mixed health, religion, and every subject area was combined! It can be combined in a way that teaches kids practical applications...
